  • Wow, your example 2, 3, and 4 are the same examples they show in my book. Only, they did example 4 differently. They changed (2x)^3 into 8x^3. They show the same answer that you got though.

    in my class we consider the distributive property to be like evenly distributing the frosting across the cake....it's weird i know...but it comes up every time we say distributive property :D
