No matter what your creed, background, or personal preference, we can all see a mother's love, and agree that it's a beautiful thing. Bless you and your sons. I'm a Muslim, but it's pretty obvious mom's joy transcends religious boundaries :)
No matter what religion, what colour, what culture... I've been through this and I know the feeling of getting home and having people waiting every moment for us. It's not only a bless for them (family waiting...) it's a bless for us, getting home, getting to feel the smell of our kids, our mum, our dad (mine, it's already with Him...) Bless you guys. Bless mother Moore for all the love she gives to her boys, bless father Moore for the tears.... Love this video and keep on watching it!
@jazzbuffalo1 I was a casual observer (shaking with the emotion of the scene). One served in Mexico, the other somewhere else in Latin America, perhaps Guatemala.
I Love this so much so touching. I have a twin brother right now on a mission and will be home in Sep of this year. i can not wait for that day to come.
Very sweet. Do they know Joseph Smith claimed that families were living on the moon? Or that God was an alien from another planet? Do they teach that on their mission? Again, very sweet.
This is THE BEST missionary homecoming I've witnessed. I'm sending it to my sister who is anticipating the return of her son from South Africa this July!! Thanks for posting it!!
This is an awesome video! I had to watch it several times. Brought tears to my eyes.
For those who don't understand what this is about, LDS missionaries go out for 2 years, during which time the only contact they have with their families and friends back home is through letters and phone calls on Christmas and Mother's Day. So after 2 years, it is very exciting for the family to have 1 come home, let alone 2.
Please don't ruin this for others. Keep your comments nice and language clean.
their not in the armed services. They are returned missionaries with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (mormons). they spent 2 years away from home doing missionary work. but still it was a great video. even though i was watching returned soldier stories.
no you don't know what it's like 2 have some 1 you love leave and they want be home for 1 or 2 years i think you would be happy 2 see them when they came home 2 wouldn't you
Watching this mom was so fun!!!! What a sweet husband to arrange this surprise! I have two missionaries out right now as well and they'll be home within 3 weeks of each other. Can't wait!
I have two LDS missionaries out right now....I know how I would feel if they both came home at the same time! What a wonderful moment for this family, and especially for the Mom! Thanks for sharing this with the world...beautiful! : )
I think they returned from their mission as a Morman. I was just in Salt Lake City and a lot of young men like these two guys were leaving their families. They can be gone for about 3 years without seeing their family. Its a big deal.
They are Mormon missionaries who are returning after being away the typical two years. The mother was expecting to wait another week for the second son to return.
These are missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (mormons). They serve for two years at their own expense. This mother has not seen her sons for the entire length of their missions, hence the extreme joy.
oomy this video made me cry... where did they come fro and how have they been gone? was there only suppose to be only one of them coming home? i didnt even know the situation but seeing the mothers reaction made me cry lol
Yeah, they only expected one of the sons to come but much to their surprise the other twin was able to come at the same time as well. He wasn't supposed to come home until next week and the family didn't know that. Lovely mother's day surprise!
I sobbed loudly when I watched those two boys in their unsuspecting mother's arms! That's the coolest thing I've ever seen! I can't wait till my sons return!
That is a weird place for them to come from. Usually they come down the escalators.
