I'm having a problem changing the file extension, i'm on a PC the extension isn't on the file name it only shows the name. If I add the m4r extension, it would then be ring tone test.m4r.m4a and still be in m4a  do you know how i can change that? thanks

Sorry bro but this doesnt work. I updated my Itunes i got Itunes9 and it doesnt load onto my iphone anymore. I used to be able to get them on my iphone but it just doesnt work. It would sync and show up as if it was there but when i go onto my settings on the phone it doesnt show up i dont knwo if you can help me

if you are using windows, go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View. and make sure the "Hide extentions for known file types" is NOT clicked. I had the same issue when I started
