I've never gunned by throwing pieces out, I always preferred just to throw things around randomly and grab pieces like that, was in the top thirty before I started using a touchpad doing so. Also, this video isn't sped up- have you ever heard of adjusting mouse sensitivity? I've adjusted mine so one inch movement moves my cursor almost across the entire screen. Even if it was sped up, that means at points she was moving her mouse really slowly (see 0:28 to 0:29).
Have you ever played with an Ultimate gunning speed? If not, then you shouldn't be talking. In other words, this is not sped up. I have proof, too. If it were sped up, why would my cursor be moving so slowly?
You can click and drag with your mouse. I find this the fastest way. You can also use the keyboard with the keys W, A, S, D, and X. WASD changes the direction of the arrow, and X places the arrow. You can change the keys in the Options to fit your liking.
Tip: Try not to leave the arrows to bin the peices, it slows down your gunning speed, if you didnt do that, you'd make a better gunner, a faster gunner and a more efficient one.
Thanks, but can you seriously see a speed difference when I dump the pieces? I can't, so I'm not going to waste time worrying about it. It does indeed slow the pieces down, but by an extremely insignificant amount. I only begin to see a speed difference when I dump pieces for a minute or so on an alt. To be a better gunner, I need to learn to keep myself from doing all kinds of booches. That is what brings your standing down the most, not a 10 millisecond speed difference. Just my opinion.
I respect your opinion, but I personally can see the difference, especially as you leave it when you move your cursor somewhere else to draw in a specific piece. But as you are ultimate and I'm legendary, I'll leave it there. =)
