Tanaka are the best in trimmers. I have a 13 year old trimmer and a TBC 250 brushcutter that start s first pull. My THT 210 also starts with a gentle pull first time. Awesome gear!!!
perhaps it wasn't a cold run after all...haha jk, i was usually able to get mine to start after one pull every once in a while. of course mine is a piece of shit, so i get extra credit!xD

Starting on the first pull won't do much good if the shaft is bent, its not a chain saw, otherwise nice trimmer, shindawias and Tanakas are the bes

no, never put your knee/foot on the shaft, because youll bend it, and thats an expensive repair
