he got the ball first and then he hit the player. i don't know, i play college ball, but i really quit giving a shit about these rules when i realized games are fixed anyway and even if the ref is wrong he will call whatever he wants anyway. maybe i'm wrong, but if the rule says it's a foul even though you touch the player with the body after you blocked his shot, the rules are gay and 95% of blocks have contact on them.
