I was thinking of ordering new injectors, then I thought .oO(Why not just rebuild my own?). I have a high amp PWM sitting around not doing anything, so I should be able to pulse an entire array of injectors. The only think I don't have is an injector test stand.
the only reason that shit is comming through the top is because them solenoids are acting as pumps because you are running them at almost max duty cycle if you know how an injector works it wont be to hard to understand this..
Is the ultrasonic bath 20 or 40Khz? what is the capacity and power? does it have a heater?

noise heard is a combo of the injector being pulsed while the ultrasonic is running.

What state should the injectors be in when cleaning this way, open, closed or pulsating?
The noice that can be heard, is that the sonic cleaner or the injectors operating while being cleaned?

can u dismantle an injector to rebuild it???
And if so....are all the parts 'press-fitted'??......as i cant see and screws on/in the injector.
