This is plain stupidity. Abia is a government in its own right and should implement 45,000. Why is he boasting of 18,000. I expected him to say that minimum wage in Abia is now 45,000. The federal minimum wage is minimum, not maximum wage, that means each state can set it own minimum wage above the several one. Why is he tying the wage to votes, don't workers deserve their pay? Don't they deserve the privilege of individual consciences?
