The original is Cardcaptor Sakura, but the did a new season, when they are older and a different story, called Tsubasa Chronicles.

The characters of tsubasa chronicles are not connected to the card captor characters but on the latest manga chapters it is said there that sakura kinomoto from card captor sakura which is a different self of the mother of syaoran [tsubasa chronicles] have met in the dream its pretty confusing but card captor characters are not really the characters on tsubasa.
