If the Cops find your plants can they trace them back to you by taking fingerprints or do they just destroy the plants? I grow 2 plants every summer in the woods and often worry about the cops coming to my door! Will this ever happen or am i just paranoid?

@briannwo1900 It really depends on where you live and how many you're growing.. in Canada the police probably won't bother camping out to try to find out who's growing like 1-200 plants, however if you have a massive cash crop they might be a bit more interested in who you are..

Good advice, but you assume there are choppers flying all over looking for pot. That's not always the case. Where I live, I'm lucky to see a chopper in the sky of any type once every few years...Certainly not looking for pot.

Where my girlfriend lives, the cops don't even care about it because they know everyone grows because everyone is broke around there. They don't do anything about it because the issue is too big. Can't arrest EVERYONE, you know. :)

You can grow like that but it's suggested that you grow in patches.. Last year I grew in the open.. Right in a feild.. 270 plants. Bam, but im in the middle of no where also.

Best thing to do is throw a couple here, a couple there. But even then cops will bust 3 plants if they find them, they have heat sensors that pick up a certain type of heat or something from weed plants.

Actually you don't have to worry to much about Choppers since they fixed the Hubble Telescope, they can pinpoint a fleas ass from space, no need to waste the fuel anymore.

they'll grow just fine in the ground and it looks less unnatural to plant in the ground. It wouldn't hurt to put up ones with pots in a few spots but if found you dont want to set off a red alarm for the whole area.

I dig a small trench about 12" off the main stalk around each plant and add 1.5 cups 10-15-10 fertilizer for Veg and 1.5 cups of 20-20-20 fertilizer for bloom around the middle of August
