i had to translate your text.  it was a little bit colder outside but there is no insulation or anything inside the garage so its about the same temp.

in a garage there is not wind and a temperature is higher. in our rossii in 0 ride bicycles. and cold start it khotyaby below 20 degrees

the thermometer was in the garage... and the garage has a bunch of holes in the side and crap, so its getting drafts and everything. i dont get it. if the thermometer is saying 32 F (0 C) inside the garage... then its 32 F (0 C) inside the garage!

@gariktm oh i see. for where i live its cold for it. But it did get alot colder a few days ago but my camera batteries were dead
