In 1990 he was narrowly beaten in the final. In Italia league, he took Lazio from bottom of the serie A to win in 87 and 90. They never won it before or after he left. They finished second twice between these years. Pele had great team around him. Maradona carried teams to victory by his sheer skills

Maradona is the best player that has ever lived period. Messi is a work in progress and has to win a world cup by himself and win two championships with a small team like Sevilla in Spain to be compared to Diego. Anybody could win the champions league with a team like Barcelona, i could do it myself if i had iniesta, samuel eto,etc.

Hermano español soy de Costa Rica, gracias por tu comentario pero a lo que me refería es que el Sevilla no es uno de los poderosos y grandes equipos españoles como lo son el barca, el real mandril jejejeje y el Atletico de Madrid que se dan el lujo de comprar jugadores por una millonada de dolares.
