Hey man did you seal off any of your vents that go to the outside? If so did you gain any numbers? I noticed in the rear vents near the hatch I am losing a large amount of air. Thanks

I did not gain covering the vents in mine -- if you have a grand cherokee, though, some people gain sealing the rear vents.

Okay guys... chill out =) Also had my amps wired up to a 400% higher impedance than burping for the video. And it was also not the right note for the way the box was tuned at the time (this video is over a year old now) -- re-tuned it recently and went up 1.8 dB on a given power level at the peak of 47 Hz.

yo bro what freq did you do that 153.4 at ? find a song close to the freq an that score should at least go to 150 . the rule of thumb is you should be about 1-2 db's down from your burp score. good luck an cool vid bro.

153.4 on a burp and only a 147 on music? Does not sound right........ Thats about a 5 db difference, should not be that big of a difference.......

This may not be the best song for it - I haven't done alot of playing with various songs on the meter yet as the subs just came in a few days prior.

Lil Jon- Push that hoe is 45hz that is what I peak at, that is what I use for Street Beat (Usaci). On their website on the forum they have a bunch of song lists, and what hz they are. May help, I am sure you can get a 150+ on music!!

@arawndark might need to adjust your head unit a bit? my explorer only has about 1.5db difference from this song to a full burp.

if the burp is at 50hz and the song is at 35hz then a 5-6 db differance is very possible. he might even wire them differantly to get more power for burps. nothing wrong about that number at all.
