I would not want to be aboard her in really bad weather. There is such a thing as to much technology. If something breaks in a tight spot, its much harder to fix. Should have just copied "Flying Cloud" or etc. :)
According to Wikipedia, the boat was sold by Tom Perkins in 2009 to a hedge fund manager named Elena Ambrosiadou. I would love to know how much she paid for her, compared to what it cost Perkins to have her built.
@charliebergy101239 AHHHHHHHHHHHH a know who is it. Its not the woman, its a man. He stayd at my fathers home and they were going to buy something like that , 3 dont remember if it was 30 or 60 million euro. This is why a had so many info about this one when this guy arrived.!!!!! CRAZYYY
Luck didn't have much to do with it, from what I've read. Tom Perkins, who built the Maltese Falcon, as top of his class at MIT, and was the founding partner of the biggest high tech investment group in the USA. He also personally designed the software that runs the sailboat, according to the TV program "60 minutes".
Mrs Elena paid 90m Euros according to greek newspapers. Her personal fortune is 250 m pounds.

o.k. maybe you are right, allthough I would like
to see more modern sailing technologies, like the dyna rig, invented in yachts and sailing vessels.

On these big yachts you cannot really feel the waves and the wind. Moreover it is not controlled my men power but by computer and machines. Boring!
