Yes. I've used them for a number ov different topics. But I do think ppl have to have the understanding in their head that ur brain can achieve wonderful things. Someone who just doesnt think anything is possible from reprogramming ur mind won't get the same lasting results as someone who knows that the world will open up to them. And if someone fears change and self-sabatoges will also not get great lasting results.
