I would definitely like to ask you some questions about the bike. like such as, how did you get the clutch and brake cables to fit right? What frame did you use? How did you make your exhaust, because I have the stock 4 into 2's that I would like to modify similar to this.

  • the exhaust is just a straight pipe per cylinder that is heat-wrapped ... and yes I had to re-jet\syncronize the carbs to compensate for the individual pod filters and the straight pipes

  • @mr2ferrari What jets did you go with?

  • @matthewhopson If I remember right (likely I don't) due to the pod filters\straight pipe exhaust\altitude of Nashville... I went for a 125 main \ stepped the needle jet up two slots \ and honestly can't remember on the pilot jet... I believe it was only a size larger dia. than the one that was in there. The brand was 6SigmaRacing ... they make a decent jet from my experience.

  • What exhaust is on it and did you have to adjust the carbs at all when you put it on?

  • Looks fun, wish I could take my kz650 there for a spin

  • BELLISSIMO VIDEO !!!
