I think critics are ridiculously harsh on this film. I went to watch it with a group of friends (of all sexes and ages). All of us thoroughly enjoyed the film. It was light relief and much fun. I think it did add a new twist on the chick flick scene as the comedy was restored in romantic comedy. Obviously being a thirteen year old girl i was bound to appreciate such a film. But two of my male companions who watched also shyly admitted y enjoying the film. One even said he'd buy it on dvd!
