Hunters do not eat Bobcats. this asshole obviously shot the mother because he could, and then stole the babies. He was stupid enough to think he could raise them with his kids which proves he is not a true outdoorsman or naturalist. Probably just a dumb redneck who serves no useful purpose on this earth.

I guess this is a little known fact: animals DO abandon their children. I was not there and do not know if the hunter "found" the kittens or if he killed the mom. I suspect that none of you do either, but an animal in the wild WILL abandon their babies in order to survive or evade a threat, also, in this case the mother might have been out hunting.
They killed the mommy bobcat for its fur and now they are raising the babies so they can grow until they can use their fur too. It makes me very sad. I am in the fifth grade, and we learned that fur is bad for the world.

No matter how much love we gave her, she remained distant and uninterested in anything other than food. She refused to use the cat box, even though we cleaned it frequently. I suspected that she was feral and was dumped by her mother, for reasons only nature can understand. Mother cats don't just leave their kittens alone in a parking lot.
