@g35suck Not really, the 05's+ have the "Rev-up" motor, which has 298hp while the altima has 245hp.

And the engine is not the same because you cant swap out any mods between them, be that a plenum, headers, exhaust , ECU/TCU or a forced induction(turbo/supercharger) setup. However, you can share the same mods with the G35 coupe/sedan or 350z (FM Platform= Engine mounted behind the front axle=rwd). Altima shares its D platform(fwd) with the Maxima and murano, which dont have as much aftermarket.
