i relate fully to what you are saying, . discovering my o blood type was a revelation and liberated me from carbo-loaded vegetarianism. I'm not sure that the O diet has to be 'meat-based' though. What has worked for me has been to still focus on vegetables as the main source of nutrients, and adding fish / organic / wild meat. It takes effort, but being an ethical meat eater as much as possible, who focuses on live foods as well is my ideal (as an O). well done and good luck! :)

No matter what blood type you have, it doesn't play a role in a different type of diet. Cows have more blood types than humans however, they all eat the same thing. Whales and chimps do as well. I study the human body adademically in medical school. Blood type does not play a factor in the types of foods you should eat. Thanks Jarboogie for your comment. Yes, its crazy what damage can be done, even with the best of intentions. I am happy to report that the blood type diet is definitely helping, and I feel much better than when I was vegan or vegetarian.
Good for you I was a vegan about 6 years ago for no other reason then to feel better or so I thought that vegan thing almost killed me I could barley get out of bed my acne came back I couldnt concentrate I would fall asleep at 8 oclock at night
I heard the blood type doctor talking on a show one day and thought what a load.
then I saw the book at my pastors house and both of them had just lost a bunch of weight and were feeling better so I picked up a copy.

I agree that everyone is different with different needs, and no matter how healthy they seem, the one-size fits all diets and lifestyles just don't work for everyone. We'll see how this new approach works. Its pretty strange getting used to eating meat and animal products again, but if I can get my health back this way, it will be worth it!
@KelseySora You should try a raw vegan diet! It will greatly help you! Yeast infections are more prevalent with people who eat meat/dariy products. Coconut oil is also very healthy for your "private" area. It's an antibacterial. Probiotics are wonderful for the postive PH vaginal climate. I HIGHLY recommend a raw-vegan diet. I know you stated that you tried it, but RAW vegetables and fruits WILL help you! Trust me!
