It's a Bisson Muffler, inverted Pitts style. Horizon Hobby used to carry it. Mine is the one that is slash cut on one edge to fit in the Sundowner cowling. Bisson Product #: 5615. Look on their webiste.
You can use the regular pitts muffler from horizon (BIS05560) also if you are not putting it in the Sundowner.

Not really. The plane comes with two main gear mounting locations. I just had to retro fit the tail wheel.

Thanks! The flaps and ailerons are both stock. 45 degrees of throw up and down on both.
