@nikospikoulis13 Yeah the clutch was replaced the same day this video was shot with a Triple Plate Ceramic Exedy. And 410hp is a HELL of a lot easier to keep control of than a car with 800hp. Even with the clutch slipping like it was it still would have made your uncles car it's bitch lol. Sorry but it's true lol.

When you get in it the meth injection kicks in and supplements the fuel so you aren't using as much gas out of your tank just the meth which is way cheaper than gas. And the kicker is that this thing is a daily driver and is running PPG Helical gears not straight cut dog box like a lot of people think. Any of the PPG gearsets can withstand an incredible amount of power.
@MRSTEADMAN0 I'm tired of having to prove people wrong over and over again. Street tune on 87 octane this car makes 450whp when it runs C16 with meth injection it makes 800hp. If you don't believe me look in the comments where the owner of the car made a comment and you can ask him.
@getalife04 Man they should tune that thing on at least premium fuel 87 octane is pretty low :P they would get even more power running on at least 91 octane and it would be better for the engine. Right now my STi is tuned on 91 works great! Thanks for the vid that things QUICK!
@alabaska182 Well they do that's just to keep it street drivable. When it goes into boost the meth injection kicks in so in turn raises the octane level to allow it to run boost without blowing up. It's just a street tune, the race tune is C16 fuel and the meth kit. It's quite the monster :D
@alabaska182 Cool, I just bought an 04 Subaru wrx sti man I love it. Not as much HP as this one lol but it's a great car :) I think when I tune it to 93 octane it delivers up to 375+ hp with the chip tuner.

@dmarshalltt Yeah it was pretty bad, after this run about 5 seconds after I stopped recording you could smell the clutch BAD!!! It had a twin plate stage 3 racing clutch and it wasn't enough. But after this they upgraded it to a triple plate stage 3 racing clutch and it held up great. Even with the clutch slipping so bad this car was still faster than hell!

I was filming and right after i turned the camera off I told him it was the clutch and sure enough right after I said that you could smell the clutch BAD. So the twin plate race clutch that was in got burned up bad so a new triple plate held up just fine and has ever since. @davieboiscotland It's running an excedy twin plate race clutch which holds 650tq and it roasted it in 4 runs. Sounds like plenty of power to me. AND that guy claims his dad is driving yet it was the mechanic is the one driving NOT the owner of the car. That dude is an idiot.

@getalife04 Dyno sheet? Surely you know it's around 800hp by something more than just a seat of the pants guess. Fast? Yeah. But 800hp fast? Definitely not.
Even a stout clutch that's "good to 650tq" will slip like this at half that power level with poor pressure plate action, disc contamination, poor flywheel contact, etc. I'm betting there's a lot more to this story than "OMG HUGE POWER!!"

@billyn150 Well this isn't my car but yeah you're right. Clutch was an exedy twin plate. It now has a triple plate and the owner says it hold up just fine.

@BigBaggaBlues This car normally runs on a 450whp street tune and actively competes in time trials. And what the fuck are you talking about with heavy American crap? This is a Japanese car and has the entire drivetrain redone and suspension completely changed out. And the "American Crap" like a ZR1 smokes everything else in the super car world. So I am thinking Americans have got it down, and also the CTS-V is the fastest 4 door car ever made. And has proven it.

All the srt line is good. c6 and zr1 kill alot of cars, and the ford gt and mustang gt are also good. how about you look up the ford s2000 that car was made in the 90s and and is still very fast,

I've ridden in my buddies sti that makes about 600 hp, and from watching these videos I'm sure this car makes more than his easily, I don't doubt the 800 for a minute. Beautiful car. People need to stop hating cause their jealous.

@RyanRNewberg Yep I totally agree, they are just hating. This car makes a crazy amount of power. And the kicker is that this thing is a daily driver and is running PPG Helical gears not straight cut dog box like a lot of people think. Any of the PPG gearsets can withstand an incredible amount of power.

@MRSTEADMAN0 I'm tired of having to prove people wrong over and over again. Street tune on 87 octane this car makes 450whp when it runs C16 with meth injection it makes 800hp. If you don't believe me look in the comments where the owner of the car made a comment and you can ask him.

@getalife04 Man they should tune that thing on at least premium fuel 87 octane is pretty low :P they would get even more power running on at least 91 octane and it would be better for the engine. Right now my STi is tuned on 91 works great! Thanks for the vid that things QUICK!

@alabaska182 Well they do that's just to keep it street drivable. When it goes into boost the meth injection kicks in so in turn raises the octane level to allow it to run boost without blowing up. It's just a street tune, the race tune is C16 fuel and the meth kit. It's quite the monster :D

@alabaska182 Cool, I just bought an 04 Subaru wrx sti man I love it. Not as much HP as this one lol but it's a great car :) I think when I tune it to 93 octane it delivers up to 375+ hp with the chip tuner.

And it was his first time driving the car on that set up AND the clutch was failing. He is actually a really good driver. Just his first time with the dog box and that much power.

@helloman1976 Nope it was the clutch letting go. This was a stage 3 twin plate clutch and it got smoldered in one day. But with the new clutch in this car will easily spin the tires through 2nd. Also this car isn't mine but that is the info I got from the owner.

@dmarshalltt Yeah it was pretty bad, after this run about 5 seconds after I stopped recording you could smell the clutch BAD!!! It had a twin plate stage 3 racing clutch and it wasn't enough. But after this they upgraded it to a triple plate stage 3 racing clutch and it held up great. Even with the clutch slipping so bad this car was still faster than hell!

@B2DrummerBoy Yeah you're exactly right. The guy that owns the car isn't the most technically savy guy on the planet. I was filming and right after i turned the camera off I told him it was the clutch and sure enough right after I said that you could smell the clutch BAD. So the twin plate race clutch that was in got burned up bad so a new triple plate held up just fine and has ever since.
