@maxcmiller the biggest drawback is that when the unit is offline and not connected through wifi it can do NOTHING. No ebooks no videos no music no games no taking notes no apps etc. Nothing. That sux! That is a HUGE deal breaker for me personally. As far as the screen size, that is pretty cool and it looks good. But how's the battery life? Running flash is cool, but that one single ability does not make or break a device for me. The iPad is a far supperior gadget...in MY opinion.

@turbolover925 What's wrong with the joojoo? It has much better specs then the ipad and it runs flash. It also has the power to run Android, Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Windows 7, and its cheaper. Oh, and it has a huge screen.
