@3chisox Number one the webster definition of mosque - a building used for public worship by muslims. 12th and 13th floor are prayer rooms. So you can say it's a recreational center with a mosque, but you can't say it's not a mosque. Number 2 Imam Rauf initially wanted to call it the Ground Zero mosque. I guess he was confused about what a mosque is too. Building the tallest mosque in N America 2 blocks from ground zero is practically the same as building it at ground zero.
