Using scotch Tape is best... I also dont put alot of tape of the balloon, but I use a long piece. (very little sticks to the balloon I use to get the other balloon, and because of the shape of a balloon, only a little sticks to the balloon I usually get. I hope that helps clarify a little.

ugh every time I try to pull tape off of a balloon it pops! I don't know the secret.
