okay, i have the game (in english) and this is where he says "how could it have come to this?" Basically, Roxas aready quit the organization and he is currently fighting Riku. He gets knocked out for a couple of seconds and meets with Axel in a dream (Axel is also unconcious at this time). So they hang out on the belltower and talk and eat ice cream in the dream and Roxas goes to see Sora.They say goodbye and Axel sheds a tear, meaning he has a heart-sort of.

Then Axel wakes up and this happens

@AxelsChakrams8 they explained that kinda in KH2 Final Mix, Axel and Roxas met up again after Axel had faded into darkness, they met up in a sort of purgatory, i guess you can kinda say. b/c the scene were they have one last talk together happened right after the scene with axel's death, and it was b/c of axel's death that roxas "woke up" and fought sora, but i totally agree that Axel has a heart of some-sort

@StTzaiGz22 Okay, nothing is really for certain, but i believe that Axel and Roxas managed to achive hearts of their own-or, i should say, part of one or ones that don't always allow them emotions only sometimes. They did this through their friendship, and were the only ones since everyone else didnt believe they can feel emotions.Anyway, kingdom hearts ceased to be their main concern and now they can feel, usually when they are together. Well, that's all i know

people if we want some sort of lip syncing they have to do this or we'll get cutscences with people talking and thier lips not more or that it so ovious that thier not saying the same its just sad. you just ahve to get use to it

Well, not directly with Xion. On their first days together, Roxas' stick on the ice cream bar said "winner" (it means you won another ice cream) and he wanted to give it to Axel. But then Axel was gone for a long time and afterwards Roxas thought he should wait until he gets 2 winner sticks so he can give Xion one, too. In the end, Roxas leaves it in Axel's room just before he leaves the organization...

yes. In KH2FM we see them also discussing something with namine and was ordered by DiZ to kill them, but he did not because he "owes" them both for helping him in Castle Oblivion.

Yes he did. One scene I'm certain about is in KH2FM where Namine, Axel, and Riku are sitting o the hill in Twilight Town.

Even if Xion's theme is playing...Roxas is the one who recieved the winner stick, remember? So, I'm pretty sure it's from Roxas...he left as well, so I'm guessing it's his way of saying goodbye... =(

No, Roxas gave him the stick. Not Xion. This is officially confirmed by Roxas in his Diary diary: "After our mission we ate ice-cream together, but I didn't use my "winner" stick. I'll give it to Axel as a "reward" when he gets back from his mission"

As well as in a secret report written by Axel: "Roxas left All he left behind was a winner stick, which was so like him."
