mine idles at 2k...and wen i hold it to the floor it bounces at 2k and wont go past...sounds like 2 step but i dont have it... wut could this be plz help...
how easy was the swap? I got a 95 four dour and I reaaaalllly wanna do this, massive sleeper lol but im still a pretty new to mods but I can still do some, so what do you think?
he i got a 98 accord and just dropped a 92 h22 but i got some cables with plugs that are just hanging out did you had that or every plug plugged in to the motor. also i had added a turbo so it runs but only at normal speed if i accelerate hard were the turbo has to kick in it kinds of chokes. any ideas what im missing or need to do
@ENVIE213 I'm having the same done, because of no tools, and the fact that I know there's allot I don't know.I don't want to see you blow your motor etc,so I'll be honest..Usually you have to get a h22 wire harness to make things work right. You've got extra plugs hanging so something's going to go wrong at some point.I assure you.If the motor's a JDM,it may not have a knock sensor,so a different ecu may be needed.I don't know what you've got so I can't say what else you need.
nice motor! what forum do you go on? You should join AccordTuner! anyways.. I see from a previous comment that you bought the motor for 850.. which makes me think that you have the f22b2 tranny in still.. correct? let me know how this goes with you because I think I also am going to be using my F tranny with the H22a
@viper56610 The H series trans will be better in the long run. The F's gears are WAY too long. You'll get much more acceleration from the H trans. Although I have heard that the F series trans is a bit more reliable. H's are known for 5th gear going out...
@fretwizard420 all depends on what your planning on doing with the car. F trans is better for boost while the H is better for a track. I dont do track races at all. Im more of a top end guy
Yea, I bought the Hasport mount kit. It came with Driver side, rear, and transmission. I Used the stock front with the polyurethane insert. Everything was like $400
