My father died when i was 9 he played steel guitar. For years i heard this tune in my head i finaly asked my mother did she know the song and i hummed the melody. She said it was a song my father use to play, and told me my father had quit playing by the time i was 2 or 3 she couldnt beleive i knew the song.

I love it. I think the outfit works too. NO offence to those who said it didn't, and I kinda agree with them, but I think maybe the outfit symbolized the true deep sorrow, and change of a person because of that rose....

Effortless melody, beautiful lyrics. Its nice to have people of such talent representing Ohio.

However, the outfit is a distraction...whether you like that style or not. With the background various shades of greys and blacks, and the rose being the focus, a neutral outfit (particularly a loose column dress) in grey or black would have been a good choice.
