  • Does anyone here know that you use your TRICEPS (long head) when doing rows? that's what I was told today by my teacher.

  • rows? thats all lats isnt it? there isnt a push motion involved so i doubt triceps are worked

  • ya but at most it uses the fore arms and biceps , triceps are used in a pushing motion, rows are all pulls

  • so I used to do 30 secs run, 60 secs rest, now Im going to shorten both... but...

    should I do 10 seconds sprint and 20 seconds of walking? or Running? or joggin? please answer
