@wallyword1 Pull up power auras, click the Mortal Strike power aura, select EDIT, and then look for the Sound tab. Change the sound. Done. :)

sometimes... itll be really bad and now im pulling 22k on low and 25 on high.. when just straight arms with no stance dance pulled 21.. so its an increase.. but i also just got new gear.. so my hit isnt capped tht cud be why

After a few searches og google and youtube i finaly found your guide to an Arms warrior. I dinged 85 a week ago and i have now aquired full 378+ gear. But even so my DPS was very low... But thanks to your guide i figured out why. THANK YOU! :-)

whats ur avgerage dps on like ultrax a stand still fight, im a 389 arms war using a crap 378 wep with no stance dancing im pulling around 33-36k dps w/o macros just want a comparison to some1 who does use macros and dances

Right now i reach and sustain 28.5k dps on the heroic dummy as arms, but this is without any stance-dancing...

How much u think would be the increase if i change to the stance-dancing spec and use yer macro's? :D

@nuckingfuts88 +3-4% if done right. You are talking about going from 28.5K DPS to almost 30K

@XilumX1 You should have a separate bar for battle stance and a separate bar for berserker stance. On the berserker stance bar, you put the macro that you need to swap to berserker stance for. On the battle stance bar, yo put the macros that switch you back to berserker stance.

@stephenrlewis There are good guides on youtube for elvui. Once you know how to manipulate it you can do anything you want. I got rid of the BAM btw... its now a more quiet 'ping' noise. I just like having a sound que because it minimizes rotation errors.

I also redid my UI yesterday... shrunk it up a bit and made more screen visible. I have a 28" screen so I might as well use that space more efficiently.

So i have Cataclysmic pvp gear and I'm only doing like 23k damage tops on raid finder, is there something I'm doing wrong or is the pve gear that essential to maxing your dps?

@jablonb Yea dude, you are missing a ton of great stats by using pvp gear. You have 8% hit and 26 expertise right? askmrrobot(dot)com is a great place to start to help optimize your gear and find the best pve upgrades from your pvp gear.

I see that your slam spec, and I'm going to change to that very soon, but I just don't get how I use it in my rotation with heroic strike,mortal strike, and overpower being my main source of damage, what do I prioritize other than mortal strike with slam spec?

@foreverrock123 I would love to help you, but you need to understand the basics of the arms rotation first. I'd check out my other video or look up the arms warrior guide on mmo-champions(dot)com. Take out heroic strike from your rotation until you get the MS/OP/slam rotation down.

@warmasher rly useful question, cuz i ve practiced stance dancing slightly but to no difference in dps, just the same total, since what i was gaining from the 5% increased damage buff from berserker stance, i was losing from heroic strikes, could be lack of practice though.

You can use charge in berserker stance so you dont have to dance you stance with the macro

Other things that I use, is a Power Aura that tells me when I have over 70 rage (for heroic strike)

and I also have Inner Rage macroed to Heroic Strike for the t13 2 pc

Any chance you can make a video explaining your cooldown management. What rotation is best to use your cooldowns on? I understand its fight specific on when you need the burst, but even for something like Ultraxion where the fight is pure rotation. Thx, nice video!

I was wondering however, I notived I dont have a lot of extra rage for HS during most fights as the normal rotation Should I only be using it instead of slam when i pop inner rage? or should I only use it for those few times I get high amounts of rage?

GREAT VIDEO man lol went arms for guild ive always been fury and enjoy it more but i c for fist couple boss's of DS arms is better so just now learing it we are currently 2/8 Heroic and rebuilding guild so taking us a little bit of time but my question is "So you start in Berserker Stance and the only reason u would change back to battle stance would be to Use Overpower if im seeing this correctly lol". @eGFN3on Essentially yea. You need Battle Stance to apply rend at the start of the fight too. The macro's I showed here should automate the stance dancing anyways though.

You don't need to bind charge with battle stance because with juggernaut you can charge in any stance

Would it matter if you started in berserker stance for charge since you have to switch to battle stance to do your first rend anyways (on a main boss target)? I know sometimes for quick burn targets I charge, leaving out rend altogether in berserker stance using something like MS, CS, MS, slam, exe, exe... like the oozes on Heroic Yor'sahj. Maybe I should take out that charge macro.

@XenokWarrior i'm 99% sure you want to open with mortal strike and then do rend but i guess that might change with 4 piece since you don't want to get a cs and not have a rend up for op and having to slam twice instead

@HelloBanne I wouldn't overthink the intro... just make sure you get rend up and get MS/LttS going ASAP. You have about a 1/8 chance of MS procing a CS via 4 piece. I like to get rend up first then MS, CS if no proc, MS, OP, slam, MS, etc.

@xx7afy I track those because they passively increase damage dealt which means more rage will be generated, so I know I should be able to use more heroic strikes with inner rage up. Crits generate nearly double the rage that normal hits do.

I think one thing is missing. I let show me the taste for blood cd with th addon "extracd". If overpower is available it's like yours, but in addition to that is shows the cd of it. It don't fit exactly because the timer show when it can procc by rend, but rend must not tick in that moment. But very nice makro/addons guide^^

If you use your first Mortal Strike before putting up rend, you can then use MS again after colossus smash, allowing you to have 2x Lambs up before hitting your first overpower.
