Take it from a chemist with a background in nutrition, there's more to losing belly fat but your video is a good start. It's important to stress that changing the diet over a course of a few weeks will ensure better results. Sugar in the form of sucrose, lactose, or maltose almost immediately become glycogen which is the building block of fat. Cutting down on sugar and sodium intake is highly recommended.

@MrPeepi Hey man, if you're 15 don't worry about buying the full program now. To lose that fat, just get started with the free workouts I posted here on YouTube. Start by doing both M-100s and 9 min cardio every day. Also check out the free PDF reports I posted in my channel for advice on what types of food you should be eating.
there is no "shortcut" or "loophole" to getting good abs all it takes is a daily 6 minute exercise. Begin by planking on your left arm for a minute and then on your right for a minute, before planking on both for a further minute. Then lay on your back and do 60 crunches or sit-ups etc. Then still on your back suspend your legs in the air for a minute and then bring up the rest of your body so you're balancing on your butt for a minute. It's tough but works really well! :)
I'm fairly certain that the "afterburn effect" is mentioned in the Asb Diet book by David Zinczenko! Well it is anyway cause I have the books and they were released at least 5 years ago they also mention about compound excercises, making you sure you work the legs healthy fats etc and David says the same thing about hanging out with healthy people and seeing how they train. It just seems a little weird to me is all.
I am a current member of his six pack program. To make a long story short, IT WORKS!!! Weighed in at 195 and dropped to 160. I never in my life thought it would be possible to lose this much weight, even during my wrestling years. Check it out, you will never see workouts the same again!

@ska8er4myholelife Hey man, in order to see your full six pack you just need to get a little LEANER. I recommend:
1. Reduce the carbs in your meals by 50% for the next month. If you are on the Zero Willpower system, eat brown rice and half the normal fist-sized portion.
2. Add high intensity cardio like M-100s after EVERY workout.
It can be hard to lose that last bit of belly fat but low carbs + short fast cardio + persistence will get it done. You are almost there, so stay strong!

I'm six years old and I've been using mikes 6-pack shortcut program for the last 5 years. since then I've trimmed and toned and I now look better than ever.
The program has had a huge impact on my home life. Ever since I was potty trained, I always have plenty of energy. I can run around the house for hours and I'm still pumped and ready to do Mike's program in the afternoon.
I have more energy at school too. We just learnt our 1 times-tables and I can recite 1 through 12 in 7 seconds. Try it!

@MrPeepi Hey man, if you're 15 don't worry about buying the full program now. To lose that fat, just get started with the free workouts I posted here on YouTube. Start by doing both M-100s and 9 min cardio every day. Also check out the free PDF reports I posted in my channel for advice on what types of food you should be eating.

there is no "shortcut" or "loophole" to getting good abs all it takes is a daily 6 minute exercise. Begin by planking on your left arm for a minute and then on your right for a minute, before planking on both for a further minute. Then lay on your back and do 60 crunches or sit-ups etc. Then still on your back suspend your legs in the air for a minute and then bring up the rest of your body so you're balancing on your butt for a minute. It's tough but works really well! :)

I'm fairly certain that the "afterburn effect" is mentioned in the Asb Diet book by David Zinczenko! Well it is anyway cause I have the books and they were released at least 5 years ago they also mention about compound excercises, making you sure you work the legs healthy fats etc and David says the same thing about hanging out with healthy people and seeing how they train. It just seems a little weird to me is all.

@ska8er4myholelife Hey man, in order to see your full six pack you just need to get a little LEANER. I recommend:
1. Reduce the carbs in your meals by 50% for the next month. If you are on the Zero Willpower system, eat brown rice and half the normal fist-sized portion.
2. Add high intensity cardio like M-100s after EVERY workout.
It can be hard to lose that last bit of belly fat but low carbs + short fast cardio + persistence will get it done. You are almost there, so stay strong!

hey im 13 and i used to be a fat kid. i started working out in the 6th grade on my free time,but didnt see the results i wanted.i did loose my belly fat and man boobs,i did begin to see a 4 pack showing up,but i couldnt seem to get my abs to pop out. all i could see was 4 squares...NOW im in the 8th grade, and thanks to Mike i got the body ive always wanted.

Hey mike, i have a six pack and its pretty defined , the only thing is i need to flex or suck in my stomach sometimes for it to be visible . not that its not there when i dont flex , but when i have food in my stomach or drank something i have like a gut but with abs out. I dont know why everyone is complaining and comparing Mike's program to Scooby's Workshop. Mike doesnt monetize all his youtube videos and his program focus on helping guys lose their embarrassing belly/body fat in a shorter amount of time.
Scooby has a great free program but his program, methods and beliefs lean towards the slower side. In other words, it takes a year or more to see good results.
I dont have enough characters remaining to compare both but I sub to both. Who's A Peter Zane?
