I think the best alpina ever made was the E39 B10 the 2 latest generations sucks I mean the E60 was so ugly and F10 is pretty but does not look aggressive, however who buys an alpina which is not Pearl green or blue, the white color fade out the alpina plus the rims are like the 2002 ugly 7 series!!!

The older 5 Series looked more robust with the body curves and lines, Sportier and over all jus damn good looking. @MrBazpoker because the "Sport-Auto" uses the same sport setting for the automatic and motor characteristics the normal auto-set does when you flip it to sport. Moreover does the new 5 series have a sport button right next to the lever. To sum up: the "Sport-Auto" doesn't add anything to a BMW other than the paddles and the wheel. And these I am sure the Alpina boys wanted to carve themselves.
