because blocks and rebounds aren't about just jumping high. You have to be able to box out and fight off other hands. You need timing and patients. Most importantly, you need to WANT to be a good rebounder/shot blocker. It doesn't seem like Vince Carter wants to put in the effort to rebound or defend consistently
