Is it just me, or did LazerTron rip the sounds off from the Macintosh? :P (the wheel spin beep is very similar to the Mac "Simple Beep", and the coin sound is very similar to the "Clink Klank" on old System 6 Macs)
@jbean3535 I would have been interested had you not said "just barely" working, but I doubt you live up here in canada so I don't think me buying one would have been a possibility at all
I recently had to shop out and get 2 of these working with the Jackpot marquee. Finding anything Lazertron is impossible these days. Needless to say, they work, just barely. If you are interested in buying one, I can get you contact information.
The Space Needle in Gatlinburn,TN. has one in really poor shape. It's sad they don't make arcade games like this anymore. I swear, the voice in the game is possessed. It say that weird phrase while trying to start up the air compressor and to get balls. I never have gotten the Jackpot on it though.
@LelouchLamperouge019 Yeah. I used to remember when the tickets run out on the "Wheel'Em In" Arcade maachine. The announcer would say "Service to Wheel'Em In."
@BuddyBoy600alt Oh yeah! I love Wheel 'M in as well. In florida, there is a arcade that had a game called 'Bankroll". I remember the 8-bit sounds it would make. Also, there is one game called 'Roll a Winner" and the Jackpot was 400 tickets. Everytime I play that game, I hit 400. I guess that the game is really easy or it's odds are really messed up.
I remember that game myself, playing it at Putt-Put Golf & Games.
Speaking of which, I still have about 20 tokens and a bunch of tickets from there when I last went (which was when I was in JH and it was a reward). If only the ticket redemption machines were clear so that people can see how it works.
Wow, the sound of that game brings back memories. A friend and I used to clean house on that game. Tilt at Vallco Mall in Cupertino, CA used to have like 8 of those in a row. The had the progressive bonus jackpot banners on them, too. Once we figured out the plane of the table we could hit every shot. If the beginning spin landed on 15 tickets, we'd right away put in 2 more (maybe 3) tokens to increase the multiplier. Hit 'no spin' two times, then 3 right to bonus jackpot. Nice vid!

@KayserIllumina So long as my mac doesn't tell me it had a "ball jam" then I'm fine, lol.

I wish there were more of these around.

@LelouchLamperouge019 dont forget the horrifyingly creepy "feed me tickets" phrase when it runs out!
Cartier736 10 months ago
@Cartier736 Yeah. It says "I need tickets." in a haunting voice. It would scare me when I was little. haha.

Well, Yes! Even the Bankrupt sign looks similar to the one on Wheel of Fortune.
