Welcoming My Feelings - All of Them

I find myself wondering why I feel doing so takes courage when logically & intuitively allowing feelings is in a beneficial direction. Some of my feelings are not easy to admit.

@BooeyHogue It's just a process. Stuff comes up while we're doing processes. As we continue the process, the stuff diminishes.
