My employer has BCBS but next year are changing to United Healthcare. They still cover bariatric surgery thank GOD. I am currently going through the procedure now. I am shooting to have my surgery if insurance approves in Jan or Feb even. I will pray for a speedy recovery for you! I love your videos, I watched every one.

@seelessofme22 Thank u for ur prayers, I really appreciate it!! My insurance is great. I didn't do anything. Dr. Katzens office submitted all the paperwork and worked magic because next thing I knew I got an approval letter in the mail!! :)
I am so excited and happy for you. I'll keep you in my prayers that you will stay well. Be very careful in rushing your flight back home. I have been told it can be very painful and serious after surgery to fly anywhere. By the way what insurance do you have? I realize policies differ but I am just curious. Is it through your employer? or private insurance? I am looking into changing insurance companies and weighing in on all my options. You can private email me through youtube if easier. XX
