but i live and travel in western world, evrey mass transit does have huge parking lots at certain stops. capable of parking 1000-2000 cars. i wonder how much scam is going in the name of these projects. the future india , while there is no proper drinking water supplied ...

First of all, you need to understand, metro rail is FASTER mode of transportation..an alternative to bus..mainly for mass transport ...like you see in the western world. You do not see parking lots near bus stops do you? Metro station is NOT a mall station..you want a park a vehicle close to a station...make your arrangements...deal with it.
