its alot of reasons why they split, it goes back to when keith & mike left see fred was prophecied over that he was gonna make it bigtime w/his brand, so he tried to take it to another level spirituallly but mitch them wasn't ready for it, so thats when he started r.f.c. after he left. oh yeah fred and mitch started the group.

Fred didn't start the group... Mitch, Keith, Karl, and Fred started the group.

Marvin Sapp didn't wanna take over the group. How could he? Fred chose Marvin to be in Commissioned.

Fred left coz I think it was always their thing to go solo... Keith left, Fred Left, Marvin left... Mitch and Karl just never released a solo... even newcomer Marcus released a solo in 06.

Mitch has an album though "Still Commissioned," which includes some old songs and remakes.
