have you tryed ankle weights i did em when i was like 14 i couldnt dunk for like 2 3 inches i bought ankle weight of 1 pound and i did wear em the whole day for 2 weeks then i could dunk

ps : wear them the whole day even during practice then when you take em off you dont feel ya feet you'll feel like flying an will jump 2 3 inches higher
