i have windows 7 too :D but when im running games like CoD 5 i get at 1280x720 4xAA only 30 fps and after 2-3 min just 12^^

Its not just the gpu doing all the work, the processor has to (most cases) instruct/ processes physics information and file targets..

Whats you cpu?

You should be getting the same or better frame rate than me... Are your drivers (gpu) updated? ... Make sure to defrag your hard drive and check for malware/viruses... Also check and see if ur power plan is set to high performance, if not set it to that!

Nice, my gpu isnt overclocked, only my cpu. And now im running on windows 7 and grid works in very high (close to ultra) nearly 40fps... Sometimes it dips down to 28-30 when there is alot of drifting smoke and while playing online...

I don't worry much about anti-aliasing. It's not that important. And also I did go to the custom and change everything to max. It's great. :D

I just got finished building my new computer today, and I can run this on Ultra on 1920x1080 resolution with a very high fps. It's great. Love this game.

Yes of course it will, im guessing in about high settings at 1440x900 or higher you will be able to play this game, try it.

@LoquendoItalia Yeah, but at least I can DO more than OS X but OS X can do less but better, I like windows because it can DO more even though it's less stable and Linux cuz it can do EVERYTHING and not crash. And yes you can game on a linux system, you just gotta be a computer god to get it to run.

OMG I can´t believe your computer got a problem like THAT!! I already had this game and I bought acer 6920G a month ago and it´s a computer a with almost the same specification´s as your HP laptop and I never got an error like that one. better changing to the mac.

lol im not actually switching.. its cause i updated the gpu drivers to the 185.65 ones from laptopvideo2go ... rolled back to original drivers from hp.. got like a 5fps increase in gta but it crashed grid.. so back to normal now.. still works at like 35fps avg..
