lol ive tried to improve my singing.. but just cant seem to hit high notes without straining voice or goign out of tune lol any tips?? lol

I've been taught when hitting high nose, flex the muscle surrounding the stomache called the diaphragm and release the muscle in the vocals! I don't know if I explained that properly but that's what I've been taught. XD
