Almost every time I stretch my right inner thigh, I feel a pop, then I go down further. Sometimes I hear several pops. I'm not sure if its an adhesion problem or what. But it happens everyday. What do I do?
@OmgYayItsMatt No it's on my right inner thigh.. between my groin and my knee. Every morning I wake up I feel it so stiff, so I do like a butterfly stretch position and I hear a pop and now I can go down further. It doesn't hurt all that much, almost no pain at all. And it's every day.
@StarvMarv I've heard its because you're stiff-muscled. I may not be correct, our friend Paul will have to solve your problem. But it seems that you're okay.

@StarvMarv Do you feel it at your knee? How frequently do you hear and feel it?
