A friend of mine saw some of the horses backstage and they had bleeding faces from where the nosebands had been so tight. Sure it looks good, but do we really know what goes on behind the scenes?
shut the fuck up you have no idea what you are talking about. tight nosebands won't make their faces bleed. this video reminded me of the lipizzaner horses from the riding school in vienna. these horses show the same kind of control, collection, and poise as those finely trained horses. they are obviously going willingly b/c the chance that NONE of those horses would react negatively in some way due to abuse is highly unlikely. but, just my opinion.

and you are? they had a completely valid point! and they backed up their position better than the either of you two. how does crude language forfeit credibility? it is appearant that they just felt strongly about the subject. i would too if someone were trying to claim that these talented horses and riders participated in a "cruel" form of riding, which this video obviously proves to be false. so unless you have something intelligent to say, don't bother posting next time.
