My Starbucks experiances have been pretty un eventful. To drive your message home, get some friends together and stand outside Starbucks and explain to customers as they enter that the staff are rude to their customers.
Customer service is definitely not what it used to be- I've had experiences like this many times. One time at the "Art Bar" the waitress wanted me to move out of the way, and while it took one second to grab my bag at my feet in order to move, she flipped out on me because I didn't move fast enough. Then she thought I called her a bad name (which wasn't true) and then tried to get me thrown out. So I try not to go to the Art Bar if I can help it...

I don't have any rude rest stop stories but stupid Target!!! I don't know why I shop there (maybe I'll stop). There are several Target's near my home and work and almost every single time the cashiers are sooooo rude. Ah, yet another case of lackluster customer service.
Thank god my dealings with New Jersey in general are very limited limited (the phrase "Jersey Sucks" is well founded), and ive never had to stop on the Jersey turnpike.
However, rest assured that if I ever do stop at the starbucks on the New Jersey Turnpike, I will ask for honey by the bucketload, and if I do not receive satisfactory service, their manager better be ready to make up for his employee by severe assmosis lol.
Steeped-Tea for me @ Tim Hortons... they even put it in for me if I ask, but I'd rather do it myself 'cause when I don't stir it too much the flavour is different all the way to the bottom, leaving a sweet taste in my mouth after the final slurp... mmmm
Tim Hortons staff know they'd get their hinies kicked if they were rude to the customers. I've found it necessary to be rude to some customers of mine, stops them from coming back... very rarely though.
Rude Starbucks employees are nothing compared to rude employers, landlords, bureaucrats, or sudden enemies. Don't get me started. I'll be fit to be tied.

I don't have any rude rest stop stories but stupid Target!!! I don't know why I shop there (maybe I'll stop). There are several Target's near my home and work and almost every single time the cashiers are sooooo rude. I work for a restaurant and no matter how bad of a day I'm having I always am smiling and friendly to every customer! Its not that difficult. Even if I'm in a bad mood I fake it. You have to almost be an actress. The last cashier I dealt with didn't even say hello! Jerk!!!

Ah, yet another case of lackluster customer service.
Thank god my dealings with New Jersey in general are very limited limited (the phrase "Jersey Sucks" is well founded), and ive never had to stop on the Jersey turnpike.
However, rest assured that if I ever do stop at the starbucks on the New Jersey Turnpike, I will ask for honey by the bucketload, and if I do not receive satisfactory service, their manager better be ready to make up for his employee by severe assmosis lol.

Steeped-Tea for me @ Tim Hortons... they even put it in for me if I ask, but I'd rather do it myself 'cause when I don't stir it too much the flavour is different all the way to the bottom, leaving a sweet taste in my mouth after the final slurp... mmmm
Tim Hortons staff know they'd get their hinies kicked if they were rude to the customers. I've found it necessary to be rude to some customers of mine, stops them from coming back... very rarely though.
