with all due respect to Fleming, but i just seem to find her singing quite imprecise; hitting of notes is somehow unclear or undefined...but Von Stade is amaaaaaazing... also mariella devia (although a different color and also lucia popp hit notes with so much precision too..)

No, Teresa Stich-Randall does it much better than both of them! Note the heavy glides herer at 3:49 and 4:42 and it's too much vibrato for me. I have the Accord CD of here doing this along with the Exultate and Bach cantata 51.

Heavy glides? What the hell does that even mean? Sounds like something you made up to me. There's not one "glide" in this entire video. Von Stade was amazing in Mozart, and this is no exception.

Aparte de eso, me encanta el cum sancto, sanctus y laudamus te (aunque en mi opinion le falta un poco de ligereza a esta soprano, en comparacion con dos que yo he escuchado en vivo).
