I think the match-up is pretty much in Fei's favor. I'd say about a 5.5/4.5 matchup. He can punish palms (w/ EX Chicken Wing); However, I would like to see more Yun's try to beat Fei's wakeup EX Chicken Wing with a cr.short~hk.upkicks option select. Would help the matchup a lot more.

@ABONESR oh, and btw. that was definitely NOT a random ultra, that was a smart gamble, Kid Viper saw that Josiue was a bit grab-happy in the last round, so he thought he would go for a grab after the block chicken wing, if Fei back dashed after, it would have caught him, if he did a normal, it would have caught him, he was gambling that Josiue wasn't just gonna stand there after ...it was risky, but definitely not random.
