  • Less than two hours, not exactly correct.....

  • 100% mexican hands!!!!!! had work 4 ever

  • A respectable thing to do would to have cleaned up the debris piles you left...The homeowners should not have to suffer. I am with you on one aspect, but I hope your reprimanded for the trouble (piles) you have left for thwe homeowners.

  • no credit ..get paid up front

  • he did the right thing. Break some of those builders that dont pay and let me say this from experience there are some that act as if they dont have to pay you. I was a brick mason for 20 years and have seen it happen.

  • why did you leave piles of bricks where the drive way used to be?

  • Comment removed

  • @fastXXXXXhemi Because the owner will be forced to hall away the broken bricks. (in the "paver repo business" we call that interest) lol

  • @ any moron thinking that was a waste of labor....he had approx. 10 mexicans working for about 2 hrs, do the math. 20 man hrs @ $10/hr lets assume, bringing the grand total of labor pay to $200 at those rates. I'm not saying thats what he paid them but it is a rough estimate, so it did not cost him that much money.

  • haha...a waste of time and labor costs if you ask me...i would just leave it there and take it to small claims court if you want your money.

  • @JasonsLawnCare1 you are righ, but remember, all civil case, even those you won , if they dont want to pay you > noone can do anything at all, i hate that but that what happen

  • good work guys

more people should be duing the same

  • now thats smart.

  • It would have been more profitable to sue. I guess it was the principal that counted in this case, however.

  • CA is a self-help repossession state just so long as it was done with out breach of the peace; which it clearly was! Though you should have placed a lien of the properties; looks as if this is a new development so you would have gotten paid as soon as the units sold and Im sure it would have not taken long either.

I sure wish I could have seen not only the developers face when he saw that but the; Im sure, now unemployed security guards when he made his rounds; how'd he explain it!

  • @ForefitureServices Back in the 90's I had to go after an office trailer that was moved from one job site to another by the developer going 3 months with out a single payment. The guard there got fired for it too & the site was delayed about 10 days due to flooding from the recovery. It was a nice 40' office trailer complete with running water and working bathrooms. Slipped in under the cover of darkness, sniped the water supply lines, the power line & sewage & towed away flooding the site!

  • good on ya for donating the pavers afterwards :D

  • wow, he's really serious about getting those bricks. I would too...I would drive 12hrs to someone's place that rip me off $5 online.

  • go mexicans !!! the pros

  • "Helpin' my bro repo." Yuk yuk. Takes no skill to destroy. No wonder you hired a bunch of illegal aliens.

  • Totally kick-ass... At least you didn't get totally screwed.... Things like this are why I live a simple life, save money and pay cash for what I need... Way too many people living above and beyond their means in this day and age...

  • I would also like to know if the builder contacted you and what he said and what ended up happening in the following days.

  • I commend you for doing this great job! what ever came of it?

  • Good job Jerry any repercussions?

  • All that noise and commotion and the security guard did not wake up!?

Must be on Benadryl or something...

  • Like a boss....

  • wow asshole your gunna give them to your freind your a fuckin dick!!!!!!

  • ONE HOUR FOURTY MINS.good job!

This is real folks, unlike tru tv.proves that people really do sleep thru a repo job.

  • not saying that i would not want to do the same thing but in my business if someone doesn't pay we are not allowed to do this it's illegal to trespass on private property to retrieve product. By video taping this you are putting yourself in a legal battle that you might not win. bret is right.

  • LOL, i would,ve had a little show right before the repo was done. One of your crew plays the property owner and starts going hysterical. that would've topped the cake.

  • you should take a dump there after digging out the pavement

  • dang you guys are quick.

  • Often in my business, the same thing happens. And what is funny, is that 75% of the time it is wealthy people hiding behind lawyers and thinking they are the sh!t ! Well, okay. *takes product* and leaves.

  • I doubt it's illegal. It's YOUR material. It's a civil matter anyway. Include in your contracts that you reserve the right to remove ANY materials you paid for, etc. I hate scum bag construction people who steal from other construction people...SCUM BAGS! I would have done the same thing!

  • 1 hour and 40 minutes. Damn you blokes work fast.

That's a novel way to transport a forklift. I can honestly say I've never seen that before.

  • @AustraliaYouBeauty that's a palet truck...How would you get the palets off the truck if you didn't have your own forklift?

  • @dustyflair Our pallet trucks have onboard hoists.

  • ohh my goodness , that was a bad job for you , but that is preety cool!!

In Germany that isnt posible to do this!!

  • Owned.

  • Sweet. amazing

  • im in the asphalt paving business and anymore you gotta get at least a 50% deposit. maybe that builder never got an invoice? yeh right.

  • well done :D it's a shame though cause you did a pretty good job :)

  • love it

  • wow i fieal 4 u bro im in the blacktop biz i cant aford to take a los like that good 4 you and god bless you bro

  • that looks like fun lol you seem like a nice dude what a jerk who didnt pay ya!

  • that firefighter must have a huge driveway

  • mexicans deserve this job

  • are u for real firefighters make alot of money and ur gona hook him up 4 free

  • lame

  • Are they the same guys that laid the pavers in the first place??? LOL!

  • how many pavers?

looks like some sort of complex

  • hahah really like this vid!!

  • Is this legal? If it is good for you guys!

  • @dantos777 he bought it he can do with it as he pleases its his property

  • are all ur workers illegals

  • my father lost his electrical business in a similar situation with a county contractor that had him do 250, 000 dollars in work material & labor then stiffed him on 2/3 rds of it. it was a public school so he couldn't do what you did. always get paid as you go.

  • it aint no joke if you dont pay that note

  • Brkfstclub35 fuck you racist fuck we work olways hard puto envidioso guevon de mierda estas en aztlan

  • The Customer probably thought you would use legal labour to install the product. I,personally, wouldn support illegal labour emplyment myself.

  • The Customer probably thought you would use legal labour to install the product. I.personally, wouldn support illegal labour emplyment myself.

  • @brkfstclub35

Are you serious? You obviously have no clue.

  • Nice man

  • Mexican power

  • @MegaTuputamadre Yeah! Americans dont pay for illegal labour! So Mexican power your asses back to your homeland!

  • dayum less than two hours and gone!!!!

  • with a little team work enything is posible

  • That slimy builder should of payed his bill ! Builder boy probably has HUNDREDS of hours of labor @ $35 bucks and hour invested in the installation. Stoopy builder boy can only say "Oopsy, my bad" at this point.

  • we Spanish people work so fast and get the job done :)

  • @carlosv11 Sorry, where were the Spanish people in this video? Spain is a country in Europe. All i saw were illegal immigrants from latin america. If I contracted this builder to instal pavers on my jobsite, I would expect them to operate under the law. The problem with illegals in this country is not with the illegals, but those that employ them.

  • lol, class man class.

  • that looks like a big loss for any company

  • Any contact from the moochers who tried to steal from you?

  • I would have loved to have seen the look on that builder's face.

  • LOL

  • perfect!!!!i would have done exactly the same!!!greetings from germany

  • @messerschmitt1955 : Hello to Germany from Eugene Oregon USA, you guys make the best stuff in the whole wide world ! ! !

  • LOL, the owner will be gutted when he sees it.

  • wow...very quick and organized.

  • i didnt know you repo pavement lol

  • people think thats if its installed you can't take it wanna bet!!!!

  • That is how it should be done !

  • i live in new Zealand similar things happen over here like this, but with concrete driveway ,so u have a guy in a bob cat come along and have some fun for 30 mins or so lol

  • nice job....i usually hear things like this taken to court and no one wins really, but you took it into your own hands and took back what was rightfully yours. :)

  • good for u i was laughing the hole time XD

  • any updates . i bet that guys was pissed

  • that's f*ckin awsome

  • I gotta say, props to you guys!! 1 hr 45 mins, that's pretty f**king quick!!

  • oh crap. under 2 hours and mexicans demolished. America is screwed if we go to war.

  • what an asshole for not paying. He got what he deserved!

  • haha awsome dude, shows those freeloading fucks! and i also love how u left all the shitty pieces right in the middle of the drive way...u shud have sat there and wait for the ppl to come home and recorded that aswell..lol

  • haha thats funny !

  • i have soo much respect for you hahah

  • nice, that security guard must had a nice surprise when he finally woke up lmao

  • Dont take the matter into your own hands, take it to court.

  • this is great!!! Glad you could get your product back.

  • thats awsome i woulda done the same thing

  • lol

  • Might have cost some extra money, maybe more than the value of the pavers you got back....but there's more important things in this world than money. Respect is more important. Some a-hole shouldn't get a nice job done free, he'll think twice before he tries to screw someone else over...hopefully. With non-payin' aces like that, they'll probably just do it to the next guy...bastards.

  • I wish I could do that with computer customers. 1 for the working man none for the non-paying assholes.

  • I hate it when people don't pay!!

  • 6 Months, Dude... That Stupid... But hey, now you can help out a true hero.

  • Good for you!!

Maybe the security guard was getting laid.

And no Brett it is not illegal!

  • Man! Good on YOU for doin that! Lotta contractors don't have any balls to do what you did. Cool, cool.

  • You're kinda missing the point here. He didn't get paid....and then he spent more money and time on the job having guys tear it up when it was probably just paved over for half of that cost. That's not a type of revenge, it's a type of brain damage. And what is it with people like you screaming that Operation Repo is fake or staged? Do you not see the part in the beginning that says IT'S A RE-ENACTMENT ? Thanks for pointing out the already known for us. Makes sense you side with this mentality.

  • @humasima I cant believe there are so many Dults that think these shows are reenactments. So what did they do spend the time and money to lay the drive way then pull it up just for the show? How about the guy that throws a bolling ball through his window as they are repoing his new car. I suppose they did all the damage to the car for the sake of the show. You've got to be kidding.

  • @johnnyohness " I cant believe there are so many Dults that think these shows are reenactments." johnnyohness....Can you not read? I said it in caps so even you could understand. I said...."Do you not see the part in the beginning that says IT'S A RE-ENACTMENT ? What do you mean you can't believe Dults believe that? Do you think the producers of that show have a fake disclaimer? Why would they have real things and call them re-enactments? Have you ever seen it? Can you read? wow, just wow.

  • @humasima So I ran this clip back to it's beginning. I see nothing that says this is a

    RE-ENACTMENT. Any where.

  • @johnnyohness hmmm...yea. Maybe it's because you didn't know what i was talking about but commented anyway. Read a little slower. We were talking about Operation Repo. :/

  • @humasima Of course we are talking about Operation Repo. This clip is 8:50 in length. Where on this clip or any other clip does it indicate this is an reenactment.?

What would be the point in hiring actors and a film crew to re-enact something something that could have been filmed as it went down in the first place?

  • Paying your crew to get even huh? ummm....you're lame. And it's also lame that this vid is mixed in with good Operation Repo vids. Ya think you could rename it? Seeing the way you do things i doubt you will.

  • Your a Tool! He Didnt get Paid! I am sure he is sorry for putting a real repo in with your favorite show of Staged or re enacted repos!

  • great plan! and it worked to perfection!

  • vegas brick paving

  • awsome totally awsome lol

  • loved it, how didnt the truck wake security up?

  • Love it! smackin the big corp. dogs on the ass!!!.......GREAT JOB!

  • Why is it that people think they don't have to pay for something like that? Too bad you can't take the labor back. Good for you!

  • you sir are the man

  • lmao so crazy repoin the pavment haha

  • loved it! I think all people should do,what you did!

  • lol im just wondering is it legal to do this? even if it isnt its still kickass revenge. :P

  • @kkburnout well, im pretty sure it is. the person didnt pay for over 6 months, so its technically theirs :D

  • @kkburnout it is sounds crazy but it is

  • @kkburnout No this is NOT legal. It is called Damage to Property. Even though the pavers put it down and did

not get paid for the job, they have no right to take it back up. Once something becomes part of your porperty, it is part of your house. The pavers should have taken the home owners to court. They are lucky the whole crew did not go to jail.

  • @FWW7450 Wow. You sound like a smartass that also doesn´t pay. The homeowners should be happy, not to get their ass kicked.

  • @FWW7450 Sorry but it's not illegal period, even the "damage to the property". Signature paving is simply collecting their materials, their Property. You probably said the same thing to the repo guy when he came to take your car huh!

  • @xtinctsurfer7 the legality of it may vary from state to state. I know in canada you could be charged for it. criminal trespass theft vandalism, I asked. I don't disagree with what they did I used to do construction and you have no idea how many times I wish I could have done this. It's actualy the reason I got out of it. you work on a house for a month spend money on material then have to take them to court to hopefully get paid.

damn that must have felt good!

  • @mustangsthree

You put a builders lien on it. The title cannot transfer until the money is paid. I know as I bought a home that had unpaid renos. Money came out of the sale proceeds to pay the lien off. The former owner was sure mad.

  • i would do the same thing. hell i hve, a dude didnt pay for his electrical work i did, so i whent back in and pulled all my breakers back out.

  • is this legal??????????

  • dont pay u get ur money lol

  • I would have done the same thing. Any updates such as contact from the non-paying customer?

  • Nope!

  • @signaturepavingtube good job m8...

  • this ain't no repo

they are taking up the old stuff

and then they are going to get new driveways

  • Right on but the contracter still got screwed he had to pay his crew twice

  • Rock on son!!!!! I am with you all the way, you paid for them and they didn't so take it back.

  • Way to go!!!, people must pay their bills, so many freeloaders in this world. hiding behind lawyers.

  • Comment removed

  • Kinda funny..But I pretty sure that is illegal on their part by taking that up since it was laid, and lucky they did not get shot! LOL Not good that they stiffed a contractor, but that is the cost of doing business sometimes. I know a few builders, and have heard stories, but they said they cannot do anything about it except to sue in most cases.

And what an IDIOT for posting a video of it. They are on private property. Contractor would just need a good lawyer and dude might just regret that.

  • That is awesome! Sucks they didn't pay. But you guys are crazy, good job.

  • Jerry that is awesome. love from NC

  • That's frickin' AWESOME... No one would ever think that a paver company would take this kind of action. Good for you guys... Next stop: reality TV!

  • holy cow this signature paving is crazy wouldnt want to mess with them
