best is to first train your forearm and then begin your biceps, it makes it easier when you are a beginner, because training forearm is the easiest and very comfortable, you relax and also do effective workout that you will enjoy when you feel the pump. @harryharryharold I used to think that too, but i tried some different things. I do a heavy back workout with about 3 or 4 exercises, then hit my biceps immediately after. I only do a few sets of heavy curling, then some drop sets or supersets at the very end to get a nice pump. You shouldn't need a ton of curling to grow biceps, especially after doing a back workout. Just hit them good and hard.
