The "doctor" part looks rather fishy. It doesn't look like they're doing anything all that useful, and seem preoccupied with making sure the alien stays facing the camera and not getting in the way.

I know I wouldn't look over the alien's shoulder to conduct an emergency impromptu exam.

Also, the lack of seeing any else of the alien doesn't lend to its credibility.
