Yes, they make a MA legal model. No flash suppressor and a fixed stock. I have one.

@nmolino99 The PTR-91C is legal in MA as it has a welded on muzzle compensator.  Go on PTR-91's website and look at this specific model. I own it. Very accurate and reliable. Somewhat heavy recoil for a 308, not incredibly ergonomic unless you have huge hands to reach safety and mag release. I wear an XL glove and have big hands, but not big enough. Otherwise great gun, mags are very cheap.

@HamTheDog find me a difference that isn't a bad thing... other than it simply doesn't say HK even though this is made ON THE SAME TOOLING HK used.. PTR/JLD bought the rights and tools and dies to make this gun in like 03... so do some research before you go knocking this rifle.. I own one and it's made better than my friends HK91. (HK didn't put a Target/match grade barrel on a G3/91)

i could take a person out using that gun if me using a ruger 10/22 even if i'm at distances i have to adjust for the bullet's parabola. all i need is about 3 shots or less to pop em in da head b/c a 22 will go in one side and bounce all up in the head causing tremendous trauma to the brain tissue the person will die instantly. the amount of shots i need really depends on how well adjusted i am to the 10/22. i a shot bb gun my whole life like that hitting guys in the face 2 football fields away.
